Program: Colleen Sklar is the Executive Director of the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region and the Journey Plan 20to50, where she works with local leaders to develop integrated regional responses in water protection and management, land use planning, infrastructure investment, economic development, and collaborative governance.
This is the first time that there exists a Regional Plan, of which our municipalities are included in the metropolitan region, working together instead of competing against each other, with the intention of less duplication and fragmentation. It is important to build a culture of collaboration. Regional planning is adopted world-wide and in other major Canadian cities. Regional planning ensures that local plans align with each other.

3. Received a letter of thanks from the Joy Smith Foundation along with an income tax receipt.
4. Received a cheque from the Canadian Online Giving Foundation, a partner Foundation of the Benevity Giving Platform. Amount: $75.00
5. Manitoba Public Insurance: Registration and Insurance for 2019 Other Carry-on. Plate 499CF (our trailer). Amount Due: $169.00

Our members have donated $3450.00 our own club donation of $1200 to Shelterbox = $4650.00
Jean Oliver Report:
On March 26- March 31 at Canalta Hotel, there will be a group of 50 Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth (between 15-18), along with 20 chaperones from Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Atlantic provinces, Quebec and BC. On March 26, we are asked to welcome them as a club. Monday is a Rotary meeting, we would have 87 members. The Paul Martin Foundation is paying for most of this project and would pay for them.
This club is willing to look after three nights.
