Good evening Rotarians
Just an update on the Rotary District Conference that the Kenora Club is hosting.

We have made changes to the way we will host the conference. The Conference will now be brought to you electronically on your computer and will be cut down to only one day...Saturday, May 23.While this will not be as much fun as visiting and socializing with us here in Kenora it will still be a great conference. These are changing times, so we too have to change and adapt.

Everyone who has previously registered has had their credit card charges reversed. Please watch for this on  your next statement.
We need everyone to re register for this electronic conference. Rotarians that prepaid $20 at  last year's conference will be sent a code to reduce their cost by $20 when they  register.
Cost -$50 per person
Students- no charge

If you are hesitant about an electronic conference  DO NOT WORRY. Once we get close to the date a special link will be sent to you that you click on to join in.Simple instruction will sent with link. Our speakers will be talking to us from across North America. All four Speakers that we had lined up for the conference were excited that we did not cancel and have confirmed that they will take part on May 23.

If you have a minute why not register now on this link

Reminder.....
Hotel rooms need to be cancelled by yourself -Go to District Conference website below for phone numbers of all hotels

Encourage and share this note with your exchange students,Rotoactors and Interactors  to sign up at no cost to them

Check out our Conference web site to see the agenda plans for  May 23/20

Note- Normally we would use the talents of  Sargent at Arms Jerry Belanger and Patrick Brett to raise some funds for the chosen charity.  This year a small portion of the registration fee will be given to Nutrition on Weekends (NOW) program of Kenora. This program feeds less fortunate Kenora area students over the weekends.

Thank you Rotarians for the good work that each of you does in your communities.
