Rotary Club of Selkirk Board Meeting June 15, 2020 10:00am President Sharon welcomed all to our Zoom Executive meeting. Present: Sharon, Jean, Lee, Hobie, Lesli, Ruth, Ron Regrets: Marcia, Elaine We will meet, IN PERSON!!!!!!! June 22 is our changeover meeting and it was agreed that we would have an in person meeting at 6:00 pm at the Golf Course! We will do a themed changeover, a celebration, Hawaiian style. Wear your Hawaiian shirts, leis, whatever you have! Get the word out to all members. Dues are due! Ruth has sent invoices to each member requesting payment by end of June, or at least a commitment that you are returning. President and Past President pins are ordered. Red River Clean up: It was agreed we would ask the membership to support a donation of $1,500.00 toward this endeavour. We will get a photo taken with a large cheque presentation to the Selkirk Food Bank. Jean has the banner for the Graduation ceremony in the park. Fraser and Lee have offered to put it on the fence by the pool area. John Wilson is in Selkirk Hospital. Elaine Elliott has also been unwell. Our best wishes for speedy recovery to you both!!!!
