President Elect Sharon welcomed everyone and invited all to enjoy the meal and fellowship.
 
Ruth reported on Wine & Roses, we raised a profit of $3133.81 for the Club.  Great effort by Ruth, thank you from the entire Club!
Discussion followed about the venue (a bit crowded), food (fantastic), Banville & Jones (Jill was great to work with).  Ruth had a hard time getting volunteers to help with this.  Next year tickets should read “Doors Open at 7:00pm)
 
Sargent at Arms Rhonda fined the room………….holidayers, happy people, Wine winners, if you were there, you were fined!  Great job Rhonda!
 
50/50 draw……………..Sharon ticket was drawn, but she did not draw the Ace of Spades , so did not win the pot of $101.50.
 
Marcia reported on PETS in Russsell on March 16.
 
Don Ross from the Winnipeg Downtown Rotary Club talked about the Career Symposium.  200 volunteers are required for April 16, 17 and 18 this year.   Sign up on their website!
 
Rhonda talked to the Club about ordering aprons for Lobsterfest.  14.99 per apron, Royal Blue apron with yellow lettering “Rotary Club of Selkirk”…………….the Executive will discuss whether the Club will by them or if individual Rotarians can purchase their own.
 
Sharon put in another request for Alumni names……………just names…………she’ll do the legwork on the rest!
 
David Thorne reported that Lobsterfest tickets are ready and he will distribute at April 9 meeting!
