The Corner Stone is Dedicated

On a winter day in 1963 the laying of the cornerstone of the Rotary Manor on Fox avenue took place. In the picture above, (L to R) was Ben Massey, Mayor of Selkirk; Stan Cundal, President of the Rotary Club, John Zelych, Reeve of RM of St. Andrews and Max Dubas, Reeve of the RM of St. Clements. Rotary Manor was the first senior complex in Selkirk.
